Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Soros Network, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a valid agreement under the laws that apply to you. Do not use the service where doing so is prohibited.
Your account
Provide accurate information, maintain control of your email account and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Email verification and an eligible account status are required for reward-bearing features. Accounts may not be sold, shared to avoid restrictions or created in bulk.
Mining and claims
The current base mining session lasts six hours at 0.1 SRS per hour, with a maximum base reward of 0.6 SRS per completed session. Only one active session is permitted per account. A completed eligible session must be claimed before another session begins, and each session may be claimed once. The detailed Mining Rules form part of these terms.
Referrals and social tasks
Eligible direct and indirect referral activity may produce rewards of 10% and 5% respectively, subject to verification, account status, valid relationships and anti-abuse checks. Each eligible completed social task currently carries 1 SRS. Task availability, instructions and eligibility may change. No member is guaranteed referrals, tasks or a particular reward amount.
Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, scripts, emulators or automation to create activity or rewards.
- Creating duplicate accounts, overlapping sessions or repeated claims.
- Using self-referrals, circular referrals, fabricated users or purchased referrals.
- Producing fake engagement, spam, harassment or misleading promotions.
- Attempting to bypass eligibility, verification, security or account-status controls.
- Accessing another person’s account or interfering with the service.
- Claiming that Soros Network guarantees profit, price, listing or investment returns.
Account restrictions
Soros Network may flag, restrict or suspend an account when activity appears unsafe, abusive, automated or inconsistent with these terms. Ineligible rewards may be rejected or withheld. Service-wide mining or other features may also be paused for maintenance, security, compliance or planned-supply protection.
Pre-launch rewards and no investment promise
SRS is currently a pre-launch platform reward and is not yet deployed on-chain. Balances do not represent cash, a deposit, equity, debt or a guaranteed entitlement to a future token. Soros Network does not guarantee a blockchain launch, exchange listing, liquidity, market price, profit or future value. Participate only on the basis of the service available today.
Service changes and availability
Features, rates, tasks and policies may be changed, paused or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected in the app or these public pages. Soros Network does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and access may depend on third-party services such as email, identity and hosting providers.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for deciding whether participation is lawful and appropriate in your location. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms and contact
These terms may be updated as Soros Network develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law. Soros Network does not currently publish a dedicated legal email or postal address on this website. Questions should be sent through the official support channel identified inside the app. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys or recovery phrases.
